Live life in full bloom featuring Art Impressions Easter Chicks Set

 Hello AI Fans!!

Today I'm showing you the card I created with the Bloom Where you are Planted challenge going on right now. I love this challenge as it's reminding me that spring is getting closer every single day! YAY!! So for this card, I used #5401 Easter Chicks Set which I am so in love with! These are the cutest chicks EVER!! And this set comes with the most adorable hats, bunny ears, and ribbons you can put on their heads to dress them up for Easter or any occasion! Or you can just leave them plain. It's completely your choice!! I also used #5588 Journal Oval Frames Die Set for the sentiment banner and those cute little flowers on the front of the platform. The cute sentiment was stamped using the brand new #5734 Friend Sentiment Set.  And then in the back, I used #4967 WC Fence Dies. I think that fence is so adorable in front of the trees. The trees, cloud, and grass dies are from my stash.   I stamped the images onto Cryogen white paper using my Misti stamp platform and then cut them out using the dies which are included in the set. I don't know about you, but I really love the fact that a lot of Art Impressions Sets include the dies. It makes it soooo much easier than having to fussy cut!

Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit today! Until next time - stay safe and stay crafty!!

Interactive card with magnetic pieces featuring Art Impressions Castle Cubbies Set!

 Hello AI Fans!

The card I'm showing you today was made for my granddaughter for her 4th birthday. This was so much fun to make! I used #5225 Castle Cubbies. I took inspiration from one of my very talented besties, Dori Mendiola, and made the castle and accessories magnetic so she can play with it on the fridge or anything else a magnet will stick to! Isn't that so fun?! I just used some magnet sheets that I bought from Amazon and the dies cut right through them. The magnet sheet had a sticky backing, so I peeled it off and stuck the pieces to my card base. Now in order to make the pieces stick to the fridge (and to the card) and not repel from it, I had to actually turn the magnet sheet over to cut out all the pieces that would stick to the images that I colored and cut out! Which ended up perfect cause then I just peeled off the sticky backing of the magnet sheet and attached to all the individual colored and die cut pieces! So fun!

Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit! If you have any questions about how I made this card, just leave a comment with how to contact you and I'll get in touch. Until next time - stay crafty!!

I love you tons featuring Art Impressions!

 Hello AI Fans!!

Have you started making your Valentines Day cards yet? It's that time of year ya know! It's only a couple weeks away, believe it or not! I can't believe we are already through the month of January! So anyway, I have a little card to show you today that features the adorable 5219 Lovable Animals Set! Links for everything are below.  I love this adorable little elephant! I stamped it onto cryogen white paper and then colored her up with Copic markers.

The scalloped card is so easy to create. Just score and fold your paper to be larger than the scalloped die you want to use. Then place your die where the top of it is above the card fold so it won't cut it. To hide the flat spot, just cut out a full scalloped circle mat and glue it on top of the card base. Voila! You have a round scalloped card which is the perfect size for a small Valentine!

So that's it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit and until next time - stay crafty!!

My top ten Art Impressions cards of 2022!

 Hello AI Fans!!!

I can't help but start this post by saying how grateful I am to Art Impressions for having me back on the team this year! It is such a tremendous joy to work with the Krebbs family and this amazing Design Team! I had so much fun reflecting back on the year and picking out 10 of my favorite cards. I hope you grab a warm beverage and join me on this trip down memory lane. All the details for each card can be obtained by looking at the original post that is linked with each card.

These are in no particular order of my favorites. :) First up is Well Duh!!  LOL! I really like the soft pink colors and gentle pattern of the paper used in this card. And of course Bonnie's amazing line of AI People!! You can see the original post HERE.

My next choice is At Least I wore a Cardigan! I giggle every time I see this card! There were Tik Tok videos out there where groups of friends got together and the wives played a prank on their hubbies by dressing them all in the same shirt for when they met up. So as I was perusing through my stamp collection, I saw the Old Guys Club Set and immediately thought of the challenge. The cranky look on their faces couldn't have been any more perfect!! LOL! You can see the original post HERE.

Next up is Best Day Ever! This card features SC0795 Road Trip!  Who doesn't love taking road trips with their girlfriends! Nobody illustrates that better than Bonnie Krebbs!!! I made this an interactive card so the card actually travels down the road when you pull the tab!! I love it!!! You can see the original post with a little video of it working right HERE.

My next pick features #5400 Baby Critters and it's another interactive card. I do really love interactive cards! It has a pull tab on the front, and when you pull it, the picture magically changes to another! You can see the original post HERE.

Next up I'm going to show you a fall card using the AI Girlfriends.  It is still one of my very favorite lines of stamps from Art Impressions. You can see the original post HERE.

It's time to show you a cute AI couple with You're the one that I Love!! ooh ooh ooh BABY! LOL!  You can see the original post HERE.

Here's another favorite AI People image on my card You Light Up the Room! You can see the original post HERE.

I couldn't leave out these adorable images from the super cute Peek-a-Boo set!!!  You can see the original post HERE:

I had a lot of fun coloring the night sky for this fun card! Santa is working his way to your house!!! You can see the original post HERE.

And last, but certainly not least, I love this fun gal from Hot Mess! I don't think there's a woman alive that can't relate to her! LOL!  You can see the original post HERE.

And as we bid another year goodbye, I'd like to wish every one of you a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a very healthy and happy New Year! God bless you all, and I'll see you in 2023!!

The Joy of Christmas featuring Art Impressions

Hello AI Fans!

I love this card I'm showing you today.  This snowman exudes such joy that I can't help but smile every time I see him.  Bonnie is so talented in conveying emotions through her wonderful characters! This adorable cutie pie and sentiment are from #5041 Snow Friend Set. I can't help it, I adore him!!  I stamped him onto some Cryogen White paper which has a little sparkle to it, and then colored him with Copic markers. I cut the image out using the #5062 Rounded Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Die Set. For the mat behind him, I cut out another piece the same size in the gray paper and just offset it from the image panel. To balance out the card, I used three different beautiful snowflakes from 5353 Large Snowflake Dies and topped them off with some Diamond Stickles.

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to stop in and take a peek at my card! Until next time my crafty friends!!

Christmas Magic with a wintry night sky featuring Art Impressions

 Hello AI Fans!

I've got a fun card to show you today that features the AI Rides stamp set ##5457 Christmas Truck Set.  Who doesn't love an old red pickup truck??!! Especially at Christmas time! :)  I wanted to put it into a frosty forest with an evening sky and make it full of presents! It fits right into the current challenge going on over at the Art Impressions Blog! The cute little Santa is the perfect size for the truck! He's from the Holiday Mansion Line of stamps #4927 HM Accessory Set.  Think how cute it would be for a birthday card using the clown from #5907 HM Birthday Set!! Anyway, I also used #5566 Christmas Sentiments and stamped it onto the fishtail banner from #5543 Journal Template Die Set. I colored the sky with my copics using some masking paper for the moon.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and if you haven't joined the That's a Wrap! Challenge over on the blog, what the heck are you waiting for! Can't wait to see your creation!

Holiday Cheers!!
