My card today features several of the new releases at Art Impressions:  5790 Fairy Houses Set, 5795 Berries Set, 5797 Little Things Sentiment Set, 5832 Gnome paper pack, and then I also used 5345 Fairy Cubbies Set for the fairies, 5588 Journal Oval Frames for the sentiment banner and decorative scalloped border, and 5064 Circle Double Stitched Dies.  The images were stamped onto Cryogen white paper and then colored with Copic markers. This card would also work with the current All Wrapped Up challenge that is still going on. A Teenie Weenie hug featuring Art Impressions

Today's card features one of the fun Twist Ties Sets #4987 Dog Twist Ties. Love these Weenie Dogs! LOL!  And the sentiment is perfect for this set!  Art Impressions makes it sooooo easy by selling sets of the Twist Tie Cards! The stamp set comes with the heart shaped die too! All I did was glue on my decorative paper on top of the Twist Tie Card, stamp the dogs onto the card, then die cut out around them.  For the dogs, I simply stamped them onto the cryogen white paper to color them, then cut them out and glued them on top of the stamped image on the decorative paper. Super easy!

What a Bird Brain with Art Impressions

Hello AI Fans! 

Do you love plain and simple cards?  It doesn't get much simpler than this one!!  I used a scalloped circle die to make the card base, then used AI Double Stitched Circle Dies to make the layers. The stamp is from Spring Chicken Set and I colored her with Copic markers.

Art Impressions Challenge 259 Shaker Cards week two!

Hello AI Fans!!

It's week two of challenge# 259 Shaker Cards over at Art Impressions Blog! I had so much fun making this card! I don't know why I don't make more shakers! I grabbed 4858 Gator PopCard   (He's on sale right now!!!) for the feature image for the card.  All the PopCards can just be layered together for a super cute stamp set.  I just use mounting tape or pop dots on the different layers so it's very dimensional! On top of that, I put him on an Action Wobble, so it makes this card even MORE fun!! For the shaker window, I grabbed two of the Rounded Rectangle A2 Double Stitched dies and put them through the die cut machine together.  I then took the size that was between those two and cut out two clear windows from acetate. For the shaker part, I used Doodlebug Sequins in different colors, and for the sentiment, I used the Flip Card Dies!

My Favorite Thing to Do with Art Impressions

Hello AI Fans!

I love this technique of coloring in black and white or sepia.  It's a fun challenge for me since I usually use such bright and bold colors. These fabulous images from the Love Birds Set from Art Impressions were colored with all the warm grey Copics, then I just added a pop of red for Valentine's Day.  For Dies, I used the Rounded Rectangle Double Stitched Dies, the Circle Double Stitched Dies, and the brand new Flag Double Stitched Dies for my cards.
