Papertake Weekly Anything Goes

Hello everyone!!! So it's time for a new challenge over at Papertake Weekly, and since it's the first Tuesday of the month, that means it's anything goes and we're sponsored by the fabulous folks over at Lili of the Valley!! The optional extra for the challenge this week is to make either a Christmas decoration or gift.  For my project, I made a cute tote that holds six milk cartons all of them full of yummy home-made Christmas treats!!  This was cut on the Silhouette Cameo with a file from Lori Whitlock. I'll be making several of these for some special treats this year.

Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to check out all the amazing creations by the team, and then we'd love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and play along with us! Thanks for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes!

Hey everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Papertake Weekly, and since it's the first Tuesday of the month, it's anything goes with an option of using torn paper on your project. We are sponsored this week by the awesome Lili of the Valley! I was looking around the Silhouette store the other day and came across this awesome crab! Couldn't have found anything any better to use with torn paper, right?  A very simple and quick card to throw together in the blink of an eye!

The sentiment was also created on the Cameo and done as a print and cut.  Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to check out all the fabulous designs by my teamies, and then we'd love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and play along with us! Thanks for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

Magnolia-licious Challenge - Spring is in the Air

Hey everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Challenge Blog! We're continuing the Spring/Easter theme with a challenge of Spring is in the air.  For my card, I picked one of my older Tilda images that isn't necessarily associated with Spring.  Isn't she just too cute?! She' #3008 Tilda with Heart.

This card was so much fun to make! It's totally me! I am really lovin' these bright colors (as you can tell from my recent card posts) LOL! The papers are My Minds Eye matted with Bazzill cardstock. The frame Tilda is on was cut with the Silhouette, and the flourish of course is a Magnolia Doohickey Die. I added some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and a couple of flags I made myself. The word Spring was done with some really old plastic font templates I've had for ages.  The last thing I did was use an orange Viva Decor Pearl Pen.

And don't forget you can use your Wee Stamps to enter the challenge too! Not only can you find a huge selection of Magnolia images at Magnolia-licious, but you will also find the entire line of Wee Stamps in rubber as well! Magnolia-licious has the best prices and service, and you also earn store credit with all your purchases! So even if you don't win the challenge, you win simply by purchasing your products from Magnolia-licous! Thanks for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - White on White

Hey everyone! Hope you're having an awesome day! It's time for a new challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog, and this week our hostess with the mostest is our fabulous Alice! Alice has chosen to challenge us with "white on white". So keep it white except for the image. Here's what I came up with...

For my card I used one of the adorable new images from the Lulu and Libby set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! Aren't they adorable? I think they look so precious and good right here. But I bet you a dollar that the hand squeezing is starting to get a little excessive....  heehee  They're stamped with Memento ink onto Cryogen White paper and then colored with Copic markers. The shape of the card and that gorgeous lacy border are courstesy of the Silhouette store and I just stitched around the frame. The flourish is from Cheery Lynn Designs and that delicious butterfly is a Marianne Die. The pearls were done with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen which I adore! The ribbon is May Arts silk and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

So that's it for me today. Please be sure and pop over to Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog to see the gorgeous white on white creations the rest of the Krafty Girls and Guests have created, and then we'd really love it if you'd play along with us! Thanks for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!
