Just a fun birthday card! I used the Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge for the frame and a cute stamp set by Kim Hughes with Cornish Heritage Farms for the owl, hat, and sentiment. I'm sorry, I can't remember who made the pattern paper. I'm thinking it's Kaiser, but not positive. Added some stickles and some rain dots, a little machine stitching, and that's about it.!
