It's time for a new Magnolia - licious challenge!!

Good morning, everyone! Happy April 1st! Hope you're not having too many April 1st jokes played on you. :)  With it being the first of the month, that means it's time for a new Design Team Challenge from Magnolia-licious! This month our challenge is from our awesome Ruby, and it is to make baby themed projects/gift sets.  You can read all about it and see all our projects over at the Magnolia-licious Highlites Challenge Blog. Here's what I came up with for you today

I used the Cricut Expression with the Sweet Tooth Boxes cartridge for the box and then had some fun decorating it. with #201 Baby Tilda from the new Princes and Princesses Collection from Magnolia-licious!! I simply adore this enire collection!! I did alter her just a tad by cutting off the butterfly and replacing it with a little "welcome" sign. I sat precious little Baby Tilda on this FABULOUS #542 Sweet Moon! I am going to be using this moon a LOT, LOL! I LOOOOOVE it!!!  The images are stamped with Memento ink onto Cryogen White paper and then colored with Copic markers (listed below). I then fussy cut them out and popped them up from some gorgeous Graphic 45 paper.

I used a Martha Stewart PAP set with some Bazzill cardstock. There's lots of machine stitching and the only other thing I added are some pearls made with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen. Very simple, but I do like how it turned out.

Copics used are clothing: YG61, 63, C3, T1, 2, blender pen; hair: E51, 53, 57, 31, 33; Crown: Y32, 35;  Moon: E51, 53, Y32, E33, R20; skin: E13, 11, 01, 00, with a touch of R20 on her knees. I used chalk on her cheeks.

My plans are to stamp and color the moon on a onsie to put in the box. I just couldn't get it done by today. So that's my baby gift set for you today. Three Clovers Designs letters only!

Happy Friday Eve!! Hope everyone is having a great week! I'm only working three days this week. I LOVE short work weeks. :) Tomorrow is Friday already. YAY! With today being Thursday, that means it's time for a new challenge from Kerry over at Three Clovers Designs. This weeks challenge is to use only letters on the front of your card. No words! I had to think about that one for a bit, and then I remembered that The Cutting Cafe' has these awesome letter shaped cards! AND, I have a friend that wants a baby card for her daughter that is expecting, and she's having a boy. Voila! I have the theme for my letter card!

I used this adorable Sitting Alvin from Magnolia-licious along with a Magnolia quilt. I cut just a small piece off the quilt to use on the card. The original stamp size was too big for this card. I don't see where the quilt is currently avaiable, but if you're interested, please email Diana about it. She also sells Copic marker sets that were created especially for the Magnolia stamps! Speaking of which, I used to color my stamps. The papers are digi, and cardstock is Bazzill.
