Tilda combined with The Cutting Cafe'! I wish you a cupcake kind of day

Just a fun card I made using Tilda with a cowberry muffin. She's available at Magnolia-licious! Don't you think she goes perfectly with that cupcake sentiment? That sentiment is from a gigantic set of cupcake stamps that are available over at The Cutting Cafe'.
I stamped Tilda and then cut her out with my oval nesties after coloring her with my copic markers. I used a couple different Martha Stewart border punches with this one. I really love how that little braid came out, don't you? It's actually the small scalloped heart border that was new this year. What I did was punch it out on one side, and then turn the paper around and line up the heart hole again and punch the other side. It punched the heart out a little more so it's no longer distinguishable as a heart, but I just really love the braid that resulted!

That pretty flourish was cut with my Pazzle Inspiration along with the Twirls and Swirls cd for it. I love the flourishes on that cd!! Added some ribbon and a few buttons, and this one is done! The copic markers, MS border punches, and Pazzle Inspiration are all available at Hallmark Scrapbook.

I'm soooo happy that tomorrow is Friday! Sometimes I feel like I'm just wishing my life away, waiting for the weekends, but I can't help it. I do so love my two days off! Hope you're having a wonderful day! Thanks for dropping in to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon!

Color My World - a card using Tilda, Cricut, and Pazzle!

Happy Friday everyone!!! This one was a lot of fun to make! I really love the bright primary colors! And I really enjoy combining the Tilda stamps with my Cricut cuts! For this one, I used the sitting Tilda with hair bow and colored her up with my Copic markers.
The DP is by Scenic Route and the cardstock is Bazzill. I cut the crayon with my Cricut Expression machine using my Locker Talk cartridge. The flourish was cut using my Pazzle Inspiration machine with the Twirls and Swirls cd. All of these items are available at Hallmark Scrapbook!

I used my Fiskars Threading Water punch across the bottom and just did the circle tag on my computer. I cut the circle and scalloped circle out with my nesties. That's about it for this one! Thanks for stopping by to see me today, and I sure hope to see you back again soon! Remember to sign up for my blog candy below if you like the Tilda stamps! HUGS!!

Greeting card folder and Fruit Greetings - all from The Cutting Cafe'

I had a good day off work today! Didn't get much crafting done, but did get some shopping done and got some nice paper racks for my crafting area. Unfortunately, one of my really nice LSS is going out of business, so I was able to get a couple of their nice paper racks. I just hate to see these stores go out of business! It just breaks my heart!! I really loved shopping for paper there! Ok, enough of my woes, Don't you just love this set? I got the downloadable files from The Cutting Cafe'!!

You just download the stamps and then you can either print them on the paper you want to use, or you can use your cutting machine to cut out the WPC files! It's soooo easy! I used the WPC file to cut out the folder on my Pazzle Inspiration (available at Hallmark Scrapbook). It will hold either six pretty flat A2 cards, or 4 embellised. And it will hold the envelopes as well.

The fruit set is a downloadable stamp set that contains a set of six fruit stamps that are sooo cute!!! I only used four of them for this project. I made the Tent Topper cards that I learned how to make from my very talented adopted sis DeeDee!! And then just cut out the circles with my Nesties.

For the cards, you just make a 4 1/4" square card, then cut out your "topper" and glue it onto your square card so that the card measures 5 1/2" tall. (A2 size). I colored the stamps in with my Copic markers.

I embossed the white strips on the outside of the cards with my Cuttlebug and my Swiss Dots embossing folder (also available at Hallmark Scrapbook). The DP is from Bo Bunny that I bought a couple years ago. The cherry on the front of the folder is from my Hello Kitty Cricut cartridge (yep...you guessed it... Hallmark Scrapbook) and the pom poms are from J's. I think that's about it for this set.

Hope you like it, and that you pop over and pay Regina a visit at The Cutting Cafe'. She's got the coolest stuff over there! Thanks so much for visiting and hope to see you again soon! HUGS!

Heart shaped Valentine card

YAY! We made it through Monday! I have had soooo much fun making Valentine cards!! This heart shaped card is from a set of shaped cards from The Cutting Cafe' that you can either cut with your cutting machine (I used my Pazzle) or you can just print it off and cut it out manually. Either way, these cards are FUN!!

I cut out the base image, but I wanted it to stand up, so I just made a strip of cardstock and glued the front and back of the card to the front and back of the cardstock. Works like a charm! I also wanted a scalloped edge, so I just made that using my Pazzle. Yep....I know....I just used this Tilda not that long ago. But seriously now....can you blame me??? LOL! She's so cute that I couldn't resist!! I colored her up with my Copic markers.

Most of this card is just Bazzill cardstock. That little strip on the front base is a piece of Basic Grey scrap paper I had. the little hearts on the white....well.....those are the leftover little hearts that come from the punched out portion of the MSBP. Nothing like using scraps, huh? LOL! That circle stamp is from another set of Valentine stamps from The Cutting Cafe'!

I used some Prima flowers with a Basic Grey brad, and that pretty pink ribbon is from I {heart} Papers. That's about it! Thanks again for stopping by to see me today, and I sure hope to see you here again soon!!

Who loves ya? Card made with Pazzle and Cricut

oooooooooo.....this one was so much FUN to make!!!! Don't you just love FUN??? I used a piece of pattern paper from a DCWV Blossoms & Butterflies stack. I love the blue and green color combo, so this one jumped right out at me.
I used both my Cricut Expression and my Pazzle Inspiration with this card. Isn't that tree the coolest??? I LOVE it!!!! I cut it with my Pazzle from the Swirls and Twirls cd! I've had this cd for a while and I can't believe I have not discovered this cut until now! I'll sure bet you that I'll be using it again though!

The flowers are actually cut from the piece of paper with a little chalk ink around the edge and then popped up off the card base. That cute little owl was cut from the Cricut Storybook cartridge, and the WHO is faux chipboard that I cut with the Mickey Font. I went around the edges of the letters with a little white acrylic paint.

The tag is just hand cut and run through my printer for the "loves ya?". I just think this one is really fun and funky. Thanks TONS for stopping by to see me. Hope you're having a fabulous weekend and I also hope to see you back again really soon!!!

Scrap n Fonts challenge for Bitten By the Bug

Last week over at Bitten By The Bug, we got to use a doodlebat and font from Scrap N Fonts. This was a fun challenge! We got to use the doodlebat Tis The Season Modern, and a font called SNF Classy Charm. From the doodlebats, I converted the snowflake inside a scalloped square to a wpc file and cut it out with my Pazzle Inspiration. I also created a shadow for the snowflake with my Pazzle software as well. The JOY tag is also from the same doodlebat, but I printed that on a tag and colored it in with my Copic markers. I used Basic Grey paper and lots of chalk ink. The card and envelope are cut with my Cricut Expression with the Christmas Cheer cartridge. Please be sure and go look at all the amazing cards the other designers created over at Bitten By The Bug. Thanks so much for visiting!! HUGS!
