I've got a card to show you today that fits perfectly with our blog challenge that's going on right now "Birds of a Feather". I used the Birdhouse Cubbies Set along with one of several sentiments that comes along with this set. It also includes the dies! I stamped the images onto cryogen white paper and colored them with Copic markers which are listed below. I thought the Easter S2 paper pack went with these birds perfectly. Art Impressions has such an amazing assortment of gorgeous papers!

Friends are Flowers featuring Art Impressions Stamps

Hope you had a wonderful weekend and a great start to the new week! I have a card to show you today that features two new stamps from Art Impressions, #5798 Gardening Girlfriends and #5817 Potting Garden Shed Set. That adorable little sleeping pup is from #4959 WC Dogs Set. I stamped the images with Memento ink and colored them with Copic markers that are listed below.  These beauties aren't just for water colors! I had so much fun creating this scene! It also fits into the Raining Cats and Dogs challenge as well as the Say it With Sentiments challenge, both of which are going on right now over at Art Impressions Blog! Never Too Old featuring Art Impressions Laugh Lines and Lawn Fawn Give it a Whirl die set

 Hello AI Fans!

I've got a fun interactive card to show you today that features a couple sets from the Art Impressions Laugh Lines. If you're not familiar with the Laugh Lines, they come with an amazing image along with a TON of great sentiments that match! I actually used two different sets for this card, and I put it together with a Give it a Whirl die set. FUN! Who doesn't love interactive cards!! This was actually the first time I've made one of these cards, and learned a few things that will help me a lot with my next one. But it really does go together quite easily. You just grab the tab and spin the image around and voila! There's a super short little video below the pics so you can see how it works. The images are stamped onto cryogen white paper with Memento ink and then colored with Copic markers which are listed below. 

You can see in the next picture I messed up my pearl drops trying to take pictures of the card. I was able to remove those and replace them without any problem. So it's all good now! :) 

Isn't that so much fun??!! I didn't line it up very well on the front, so I learned it's necessary to use a template to make sure it gets lined up correctly. But other than that, it was pretty easy to assemble and it works like a charm! So that's it for me today and until next time - stay crafty!!

Art Impressions brand new Gardening Girlfriends Set

 Hello AI Fans!

Hope you're having an excellent start to the week and are enjoying some spring weather! It's been pretty chilly here in Reno, but spring is definitely in the air! The trees are finally starting to bud and the grass is starting to turn green again!! Today I have a card that features one of the newly released sets from Art Impressions #5798 Gardening Girlfriends. I am soooo happy that we've got new Girlfriends! And for those of you that love to watercolor, you're going to be madly in love! Bonnie made these Girlfriend images with empty pots that are just made for watercoloring! And if you don't watercolor, there are lots of sets with flowers that will be perfect to add to this set! I would usually choose the latter because I use Copics for my coloring. But this time, I actually colored the image with my Copics, but then I created a mask for the main image and then pulled out one of my watercolor sets and Tombows to create the flowers in the pots. *gasp* HAHA  Don't fall over from shock! I didn't use any water as that would not go well with the cryogen white paper I use with my Copic markers. But I think it turned out ok. Let me know what you think...I could definitely use some practice! LOL!

Have a Koala-tea Birthday featuring Art Impressions

 Hello AI Fans!

My card today features the fun 5349 Koalas Set from the Funny Farm line at Art Impressions! These little Koalas are so dang cute and cuddly! I stamped this little cutie pie onto cryogen white paper with Memento Ink and colored it with Copic markers which I've listed below. I chose the colors to match the papers which are from 5873 Mini Birthday Journal Paper pack. Art Impressions has the most luscious papers!! The fun scalloped edges were made using a die from 5723 Journal Cover and Bookmark Die Set and that bow was made using a die from 5811 Gift Card Pocket Die Set.  This card works for the current Pop it Up challenge that is going on right now!
