Happy New Year!! It's the 1st challenge of 2017 over at Art Impressions, and the new challenge is Card Resolutions! We're challenging you to try a new technique! I've always wanted to try the chalkboard technique, so this was my chance to give it a go. I think it turned out ok for a first try. I used M4120 Birthday Whoot. I simply stamped the image and sentiment with Versamark ink onto black cardstock, then used white embossing powder with a heat gun. Super quick and fun, and I think it looks pretty cool too.
