Leaves are falling featuring Art Impressions Stamps

Hello AI Fans!!

Well autumn has definitely hit us in Reno! The nights are getting cold, the trees are beautiful, and I've got a pot of yummy short ribs simmering! What's your favorite dinner for a cool autumn evening?  For my card today, I used an adorable stamp set #5507 Harvest Together. It has the cutest boy and girl scarecrows ever!! I just used the little girl and colored her in fall colors for the front of my card. I also used the new #5768 Decorative Journal Page Set 1 for the layers on top of my card, along with #5543 Journal Template Die Set for the sentiment, and #5832 Gnome Paper Pack. I stamped the images onto cryogen white paper which has a hint of sparkly fun in it, and then colored her with Copic markers which are listed below. Hairy Scary featuring Art Impressions

Did I scare you? LOL!  My card today was made for the Give Us a Fright Challenge that is going on right now! You've still got time to get your card made and entered for a chance to win a stamp set of your choice! For my card I used #5446 MB Halloween Set along with the MB Template Die Set and the MB Envelope Die Set. On the envelope to decorate it, I used #5328 Mini Halloween Die Set, and I also used #5462 Web Dies Set to decorate the windows in the MatchBook scene. I tried and badly failed to turn the chair into something kind of Halloween-ish. LOL! But oh well...it's still kind of cute.

Thinking of you featuring Art Impressions Stamp and Die sets

My card today features the cute #5790 Fairy Houses Set along with the #5785 Gnomes, #5788 Mushrooms, #5794 Whimsical Flowers, #5561 Birds and Bugs Set,#5797 Little Things Sentiments, #5064 Circle Double Stitched Dies, #5543 Journal Template Die Set, and #5832 Gnome Paper Pack.  I stamped the images onto Cryogen White and then colored them with Copic markers listed below.  To get the flowers and mushrooms positioned behind the house, I made a mask of the house using Stamp Masking Paper I got from Art Impressions.

Today I have a fun card I made for my son-in-law for his birthday. I used a variety of stamps and dies from various companies including Art Impressions (mushrooms) and balloons (Whimsy).  I hope he loved it! There's nothing I love more than making cards for my family and friends!!  On the inside, I made sure to let him know that I choose the alcohol direction every year! LOL!

Christmas Came Early at Art Impressions!

 Hello AI Fans!

Have you entered the Christmas Came Early Challenge yet? If not, you've got a few more days to join in for a chance to win a stamp set of your choice! And who the heck doesn't want to win free stamps? If you haven't entered yet, maybe this card will give you a little inspiration to join in! It features some amazing stamp and die sets! I used #5576 Little Trucks Set (this set is soooo versatile!!), #5489 Front Porch Christmas Set (for the tree in the truck bed), and #5782 Snowflake Frame Die Set. First I stamped the truck onto my paper and then masked it off so I could put the decorated Christmas Tree in the bed of the truck. I love masking off images because the reveal once you're done is so fun and amazing! I had originally thought I would make it into a shaker card with small snowflakes on the inside. I ended up changing my mind and just turning into what looks a little like a shadow box on top of the patterned paper. I kept this one very simple and just added some pearl dots in the four corners along with a red bow. I love this new Snowflake frame die!

Happy Birthday Christopher featuring InstaGator Whimsy Stamps

 Hello!

I don't how many of you love Whimsy Stamps, but the Dustin Pike InstaGator Clear Stamp set (and ALL of his stamp sets) are so much fun and are perfect for slimline cards! I made this cute one for my grandson Christoper's birthday and I love how it turned out! The Oh Snap sentiment comes with the set of stamps, and then I created the "did someone say cake??!!" on my computer and printed it out. I just thought it was perfect for the looks on these gators faces!!

Boo! A Halloween card featuring Art Impressions

LOL!  Did I scare you? Today my card features the adorable new 5816 Mini Halloween Twister Set. I put three of them on the front of the card and love how the three of them look together! Then I decorated all around them using some other awesomely spooky dies from Art Impressions. I used 5849 the new Halloween paper pack from AI, that awesome tree is from 5487 Front Porch Halloween Set, 5462 Web Dies Set for the spider webs, spiders, and that awesome pumpkin by the fence, 5333 Cat Mini Dies for the cat on the fence, and 4967 WC Fence Dies.
