Papertake Weekly - Occasion-ally

Hey everyone!! Hope you're having an awesome start to your week! It's time for a new challenge over at Papertake Weekly, and this week it's all about Occasions. So make any card or project for an occasion...birthday, new baby, wedding, any occasion. We are being sponsored by the awesome folks over at Whiff of Joy. Here's what I've come up with for you today.

Well I totally screwed this one up. I had this card pretty much completely put together...all I had left to do was add the sentiment. Well I got this brilliant (not) idea to add the sentiment to the image panel and just have it curve around. BIG MISTAKE! LOL! I had popped up the image panel from the rest of the card, so when I stamped it, it only took a portion of the stamp. OOPS! Well there was no way I had time to completely redo the card...so I had to figure out a way to fix it. Thus that very out of place eyelet lace under the sentiment banner. LOL! It's covering up a complete mess of a sentiment stamp underneath it.

I used the adorable image #3010 Tilda With Daisy from the amazing Diana over at Magnolia-licious! She is in stock and ready to ship to your home right now! Please be sure to pop over to Papertake Weekly to see the rest of the amazing creations from my teamies, and then we'd love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and play along with us! Thanks for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

Supplies:
papers: Authentique matted with Bazzill cardstock
die cuts from Silhouette Store cut with the Cameo
flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts
sentiment - Paper Smooches
lace and ribbon from my stash

What a sweetie pie, for sure, Sharon -- beautiful colors and love your shading!! Of course, all the extras just add to its elegance -- butterfly, flowers, bow, pearls. Fantastic "Sharon card" as usual . . .
