Oh my goodness gracious! I have fallen in love with yet another cut from the Paper Dolls cartridge. Regina asked us to use the clown cut for this weeks design challenge. Sll the designers did such a wonderful job! Their creations are all just adorable! I also used stickles, chalk ink, rain dots, and the tag is cut from Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More cartridge. The border punch is my Fiskars Threading Water punch. The hair was some #10 red crochet thread I had on hand. Hope you like it! It's for my little grandson Christopher who is turning three in just a couple weeks. Thanks for stopping by, and please check out all the rest of the creations over at Bitten By The Bug. Love you to the moon and back card using the new Graphically Speaking Cartridge
Ok, little story with this one. My daughter and grandson JJ, who have lived with us since JJ was born -he's 4 1/2 now, are moving to Kentucky in September. Every night before bedtime, we have this little ritual we go through where we say "I love you - love you more - love you most - love you to the moon and back - and all the stars in the sky". Well, this card will go to him when they leave. Inside will of course say "and all the stars in the sky". I will then have a mat and frame ready for it so he can hang it on his bedroom wall so Gramma will still say it to him every night before he goes to sleep. When I got my brand new Graphically Speaking cartridge from Hallmark Scrapbook yesterday, (THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE JODY AND BRAD!!) the idea started screaming in my head and I could do nothing else (believe me I tried) until I got this card finished. I have always had a fascination with the man in the moon, and I really, really ADORE this one!!! Here's what I used: Expression machine, Graphically Speaking Cartridge - moon, Micky font cartridge - the word moon, Navy pattern paper is Basic Grey - Boxer pack, The polka dot paper is Kaiser, Bazzill cardstock, Chalk ink for definition, ribbon was a freebie with an order from Ellen Hutson. The stars are eyelets from Making Memories that I've had for about six or seven years. Thanks for listening to my sob story. :0) HUGS!!

What's Moo? BBTB challenge and Caardvarks challenge
What can I say? I LOVE this cow cut from the Paper Dolls Dress Up cartridge! I have so much fun detailing her! Our challenge over at BBTB this week was to use the cowgirl hat from the same cartridge, and I immediately thought of putting it on this cute cow. I also used George for the circles, and Animal Kingdom for the MOO. I used lots of chalk ink for definition (Cat's Eye chestnut roan) and a couple white rain dots for his eyes that I just dotted with my slick writer. The paper is from Paper Station. I added some machine stitching and some ribbon from craft supply along with a safety pin. The cow is pop dotted up for dimension. I wish you could tell that from the picture. Anyway, Hope you like her! Please be sure and visit Bitten By the Bug to see all the rest of the amazing design teams takes on this challenge. They're all fantastic! The talent is unbelievable! Just click on the Bitten By the Bug blinkie over there on the right. This also fits right into Caardvarks challenge this week too! Be sure and visit their site. Wild about fashion zebra stripes are SOOO last season!
This one was so much FUN!! It was for our weekly challenge over at the Hallmark Scrapbook message board. We had to use the zebra from ZooBalloo. I really wanted to do something different with this little zebra, and I think I accomplished that. If you look close enough, you'll even see that her ears are pierced with pearl earrings! :) I used ZooBalloo for the zebra and both layers of grass. Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More for the tag, Prima Flowes, Basic Grey paper, Bazzill cardstock, and the pink background paper is from DCWV Blossoms and Butterflies stack. The top strip is edges with a Martha Stewart zig zag border punch. Dew drops were used for the eyes, and the brads are Making Memories. The top layer of grass and the zebra are popped off the page for dimension. Hope you like it! This one will be posted on my etsy shop.

graduation word book

This one has a lot of pictures! Well....looks like I'll have to do this in several posts. So everything is going to be backwards. But it doesn't really matter. I made it for a very special friend to give to their daughter that graduated from high school this weekend. I cut the word book out with my Pazzle Inspiration and then used a lot of different Cricut cartridges for the rest of it. The box was custom made for the book with my Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge. If you have any questions on anything, please just leave a message or email me. This book was made with a lot of love and care with just a little bit of paper thrown in for good measure. :0) Thanks so much for taking the time to look!!
