Case it Tuesday from The Cutting Cafe'

Hey everyone! The weekend is winding down, and it's been a really great one! We had some thunderstorms yesterday, and I do love thunderstorms!  I was able to get a card done for the Case it Tuesday challenge over at The Cutting Cafe' blog. Regina has come up with the most awesome set of monsters! They are soooo much fun!! So here's what I came up with for Case it Tuesday.

I went somewhat along with the sketch of Regina's card, and I also used the colors of orange, red, black, and white. I used A Bunch of Monsters for the cute monster (there are NINE to choose from in this set) and the fun circle sentiment. I also used the Monster Love Background set for the background paper. Is this not soooo cute??!!! LOVE it!

The circle sentiment was cut out using circle Nesties, and the arrows were cut with the Cricut Expression using the Gypsy and I've already forgotten which cartridge. The monster is printed on X-Press It cardstock and then colored with Copic markers. I fussy cut him out and popped him up off the card base. The cardstock is all Bazzill.

This nice close up shows you how wonderfully Regina's sets print out. You've still got a little time to enter the challenge, so head on over and check it out! Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon!

Sharon--only you could make a monster look so darn adorable on a card. Love how you put all the different set elements together on this card--the circle sentiment, the background monster love, and the cutest monster ever. Great job! So glad you played along with Case It Tuesdays at The Cutting Cafe.
