Welcome to the release of the new Spring Collection of Wags 'n Whiskers stamps and Blog Hop!!

Happy Friday and welcome to the Wags 'n Whiskers Blog Hop! Today we're featuring the brand new release of the spring collection, and I think you're going to love this collection as much as I do!!!! Oh my goodness, we have some great fun planned for you today! If you've arrived here from the awesomely talented Mina, then you are on the right track! If not, you might want to head straight over to the challenge blog so you can start at the beginning. Be sure and visit each blog in the hop and leave some love at each stop. You never know where blog candy might be lurking!! Then when you're all done, head back to the challenge blog and leave a comment letting us know what your favorite design is!

For my card today, I chose to use this amazing stamp of Lacey's son, Ryan! Isn't he too adorable?? He's just so precious and he reminds me a lot of my six year old grandson, JJ. I wanted to keep the card pretty simple so the image would shine on it's own.

I hope you're ready for lots of fun and some amazing eye candy today! Don't forget to leave a comment on this post, and then hop on over to see what fabulous creation Joy has created for your pleasure!

card recipe:

Over on our new blog, Magnolia-licious Highlites, you will find the directions for this awesome sticky note holder set which was created by the talented Bridgett Owens! Thank you so much for this adorable sticky note set, Bridgett! It was so much fun to put together and decorate! I also put together a little card to match the set as well. Here's a picture of the set you will get insructions for.

Hop around to the rest of the DT to take in all scrumptious sets they put together. (Bet THEY followed the instructions and made it summery) After you've made the full circle which begins with Suzanne, make your way over to Magnolia-licious Highlites for the instructions on how to make it. You have one week to make your fabulous creation and upload it. (don't forget to make it summery!!!! LOL!) A winner will then be randomly selected from all the submissions for the challenge on June 12th to win three new stamps from Diana at Magnolia-licious! Now just how AWESOME is that??!!!!

As part of the blog hop, I am giving this little three piece set away. If you would like to win it, just leave a comment on this post. On June 12th, I will draw a winner via random.org.

Ok, so what are you waiting for? Leave your comment here, and then hop right on over to see Jacque and her AMAZING creations. If you haven't visited her blog, let me tell you that you are in for a treat. Jacque makes the most amazing cards!! Bitten By The Bug challenge and The Cutting Cafe' blog hop!!

Ready for some fun??? It's time for another Bitten By The Bug Blog Hop!! This week, we're being sponsored by Regina and The Cutting Cafe'. You can get the most awesome downloadable stamps and cutting files from The Cutting Cafe'! And we're giving you the chance to win a set starting today! All you have to do is leave a comment on this post before Friday night at midnight. That's all there is to it! I will choose a winner next Saturday via random.org. Want more chances to win different sets from The Cutting Cafe'?? Just follow the blog hop around. Each designer is offering up a different set! How cool is that!!

I am giving away the set "All About Mom"!!! This is a HUGE set that contains soooo many stamps, and they are of course "All About Mom"! They range from any day sentiments like "Let's do lunch" to "Happy Birthday" to Mother's Day. I think you'll really love them, I know I sure do! For this card, I used a beautiful poem from the set that was written by one of our very own Bitten By The Bug designers, Rene'! Isn't that cool?
The challenge this week is to use this frame from the Storybook cartridge. I used Basic Grey paper from the Boxer line and added some Kaiser rhinestones and pearls. The frame is popped up off the card base for dimension. I hope you like it, cause it's the second part of the candy. The winner will also receive this card.
When you're done here, go visit the extremely talented and amazing Kazan for a chance to win a different set from The Cutting Cafe'.

Here's just a quick pic of the inside of the card. Thanks for playing along with our blog hop today, and don't forget to visit the rest of the designers for even more chances to win! Have a great day!

Bitten By The Bug Challenge and a blog hop

This blog candy is now closed. Thank you for playing!

Hi everyone! Sure hope you had a wonderful weekend, and now it's to deal with another Monday! There is one bright spot in Monday, and that's because it's time to reveal the new Bitten By The Bug challenge. And this week, we're doing something a little different. We're having a blog hop with some blog candy up for grabs!! Fun stuff, huh??!! So read all the way to the end of this post for details.
This weeks challenge was to use any cut from the Doodlecharms cartridge, but we had to use the border cut. I chose the watermelons, just cause I think they're so darned cute! I like the long cards, but don't make them very often. This challenge was perfect for utilizing that shape.

The paper is Dreamy 2 by My Minds Eye, and the cardstock is Bazzill. I added a bow with a Prima flower and a Making Memories brads, and the book plate was cut with my Fabulous Finds cartridge.
Now for the blog candy details. Be sure and leave a comment on this post for a chance to win this Sizzix die (plus a few other little goodies thrown in). If you don't have a Sizzix machine, you can use it in your Cuttlebug. Just don't use your A plate. Put the Sizzix die with your paper inbetween the two B plates and run it through your Cuttlebug and voila! When you're done here, go visit Nikki Duey's blog. She's got some candy waiting for you too! And be sure and check out her awesome creations while you're there. Nikki's work with the Cricut and papercrafting is just unbelievable! Her work is even featured in the infomercial you see all the time on TV!! Plus she's got some WICKED stamping skills! Can you tell I'm a huge fan?? :) I will use random.org to choose a winner Wednesday evening.
That's it for today! Don't forget to visit Bitten By The Bug and play along with our challenge this week. Thanks for coming by to see me today, and I hope to see you back again soon! HUGS
