Papertake Weekly - Make it sparkle!!

Hi everyone!! Hope you're having an awesome start to your week! Since it's Tuesday, it's time for a new challenge from Papertake Weekly, and this week Dawny is telling us to "Make It Sparkle!!" Here's what I've come up with for you today. I have had this cutie pie Clown Tilda for quite a while and hadn't colored her yet, and I don't know why! Oh my gosh, she's so cute!!!!!

The shaped card and layers, the image frame and layers, the Birthday hat, and the sentiment banner are all cut from files from the Silhouette store and cut with the Cameo.
