Hi everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Papertake Weekly and I'm combining it with my project for Magnolia-licious monthly DT challenge. The challenge at Papertake Weekly is ANYTHING GOES with an option of making a Christmas project, and is sponsored by Lili of the Valley!! LOVE their stamps and I used one of their sentiment sets, CHRISTMAS CIRCULAR SENTIMENTS, for this card! The Magnolia-licious DT challenge is hosted this month by our amazing designer Norma, and she is asking for anything hidden! FUN!! So this is what I've come up with. I apologize for the dark pic, but as I took it around 1 am on a work night, I was just too tired to try and take another. *sigh*
This is a chimney shaped card which is from the Silhouette store and cut with my Cameo. I layered it with Bazzill cardstock and some Simple Stories papers. The smoke swirls coming out of the chimney are flourishes again from the Silhouette store. When I attached the layers to the front of the card, I left a pocket in the top creating the ideal space to put a gift card. I've got another pic with the gift card sticking out the top, but I'll have to add it later. :) The I used the ADORABLE Magnolia stamp #347 CRUNCHING TILDA from Magnolia-licious! She's from the new A CHRISTMAS STORY collection which is available right now at Magnolia-licious!! Diana (owner of Magnolia-licious) has an extensive collection of Magnolia images! Not only does she offer up fabulous pricing on these little cuties, but she also gives you a 2% store credit for EVERY PURCHASE!!!! The result is LOW LOW pricing for you!! Diana also carries a fabulous array of gorgeous dies for your crafting "must haves"!! So be sure and visit her shop today! You'll be glad that you did!
So please join us at both Papertake Weekly for the chance to win an awesome prize from Lili of the Valley, and at Magnolia-licious Highlites for a chance to win an amazing surprise package from Magnolia-licious!! Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!
