Papertake Weekly - Trio-Tastic


Happy Tuesday everyone! It's time for a new challenge from Papertake Weekly, and this week the challenge it Trio-Tastic. Dawny is asking that you use three of something on your card/project ie shapes, papers, flowers, whatever you want.  We are sponsored this week by The Ribbon Girl!  I used three colors (red, white, black) and two clusters of three flowers each.  For my card, I used one of the new Magnolia images from the brand new Butterfly Dreams collection. She's be available soon at  Magnolia-licious !  Be sure to check out this adorable collection as there are some that are available for purchase right now!


She's so cute and so versatile as you can have her looking at whatever you want! I chose to have her looking at the adorable Magnolia ladybug image. Unfortunately I don't see it in stock right now either, but if you're interested, please contact Diana.  The images are colored with Copic markers. Cardstock is Bazzill and the PP are one of the first digital papers I ever got. Since it was my first, it was before I was smart enough to save them under the name of the company I got it from. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the sentiment is just printed from my computer.

    OMG - she is so strikingly adorable, Sharon, and your bright colors make it so!! Wonderful idea to use the ladybug, since Tilda's pose looks exactly like she's peering at something. Great job, as always, Sharon, and am jealous of your super coloring!!

    OMGoodness! She's so sweet! I love that the lace around the bottom of her britches match the lady bugs lace too! Cuteness! Great job my sweet friend, everything ties together so well...and of course it doesn't hurt it's my favorite color combo too! Heehee! HUGS!

    This is a real winner in my book!!!
    So clear and clean and bright. Love the 3 colours.
    That paper is SO ADORABLE - shucks that you can't remember where you got it! It couldn't be more perfect for your card.
    Tilda is beautiful and love the ladybug and the charm!!

    I think I've figured out why I'm not a Magnolia stamper. My uncouth streak comes out whenever I see one of those cute little images half squatting. I think you know what I'm going to say next...but never mind. I'll be leaving before I stink up the place.

It's funny because I was putting together a card with this Tilda and could only think of a ladybug that she seems to be looking down at. Only, my ladybug was colored a drab brown with pink hearts.     You certainly are an inspiration to so many of us. What a sweet card made with that little cutie ..
    And Ladybugs oh how I love them !!! I even bought a butterdish full of them years ago just so I could take pictures of them on my grandkids feet as they were sitting in my backyard.
    Now that's a dedicated scrapbooker/cardmaker ...
