Hi everyone! Sure hope you enjoyed your weekend! It was cloudy, breezy, and cool here today. PERFECT day for crafting (and laundry) . It's time for a new challenge from Regina over at Bitten By The Bug. This week, she asked us to use the owl from the Wild Card cartridge. I used her as is, a shaped card. (You know how I love shaped cards!) I dressed her up with some pretty Basic Grey paper Bittersweet collection (love this stuff) and the cardstock is Bazzill. Added some pretty pink silk ribbon with a Daisy D's button and dressed up her breast feathers with some tiny pearls from Kaiser, and she was pretty well set. I REALLY like the envelope with this card. What a special touch, huh??Be sure and hop over to Bitten By The Bug to check out the other fantastic creations the rest of the DT members put together. Oh, Sharon.... I love, love, love this card. I'm going to check out the others at Bitten By The Bug. and I need to find out what the Wild Card cartridge is. I'm guessing the Cricut (which I don't have). I've been collecting owls for 27 years or so now. Thanks for helping me start my day with a smile.
