The DP is Bo Bunny that I've been hoarding. :0) And the cardstock is Bazzill. Isn't that little fairy just the cutest? I went looking for a certain type of fairy to go with my mushroom, and I finally found her. She was exactly what I was looking for. She's a downloadable from Dustin Pike, and I love her! She's colored with my Copic markers.
The sentiment is computer generated and then cut out with my Nestabilities, and the swirl was cut with a Sizzix die and then cut and pieced so they fell where I wanted them. I was trying to portray some "birthday wishes" swirling from her, so I covered them with stickles, along with her wand. Lots of machine stitching on this one, too. I just wanted a very whimsical, cute birthday card for a very special friend that is celebrating her birthday today. *wink* Sorry it's going to be a little late, ladybug!

ReplyDeleteGreat mushroom card and the fairy is cute indeed. A bit "rough" which makes her adorable. Can imagine how this could be a quite clumsy fairy, unlike her perfect sisters. But just the way she is, makes her a great friend and so she is loved in the woods... Sorry, my imagination just flew away with me... ;)
