PTW - Anything goes with an option of metal

Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you're having a great week so far! Can you believe it's August already??!! I can't believe how fast this year is going. We'll all be making Christmas cards in a flurry of a hurry before we know it! Enough of THAT thought, don't ya think? LOL! I don't EVEN want to think about snow again right now. It's time for a new challenge over at Papertake Weekly, and since this is the first Tuesday of the month, it's an "anything goes" challenge. Dawny always adds an extra option to the challenge, and this week it's to add something metal. Of course it's completely optional, so you're not required to use it in your challenge entry. We're sponsored by the amazing company Lili of the Valley! You know how much I adore their images and sentiments!  For my card this week, I'm showing you the card I made for my anniversary which was yesterday. I think this is Randy and I in about another twenty years or so.  LOL!  What can I say.... we are indeed a very lucky couple and we're still madly in love. The image is by Mo Manning colored with Copic markers. The papers are Graphic 45 (I believe) matted with Bazzill cardstock, some silk ribbon tying our hearts together forever, and a computer generated sentiment.

Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to see the rest of the fabulous creations by the talented design team, and then we'd love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and join us in the challenge. Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

These "oldies" images of Mo's always make me a little teary eyed. Hope David and I make it to this age. (I'm sure the love will last, but will we? Sure hope so) anyway, this is just the sweetest EVER! I'm all caught up now, but August is proving to be another really oversubscribed month for me. LOL Until next time...big hugs! xxD

Hi :-) I saw your card featured as a weekly winner and found it adorable! I will admit though, that I don't really 'get' the measuring stick sticking out the side part....

We recently celebrated our 31st anniversary. ;->

Again, I really liked your creation!
